As a Behavior Care Technician, you will work as part of a team to feed, exercise, socialize, and clean up after shelter residents including cats, dogs, and rabbits. Responsibilities include sharing insights about the animals with future adopters, assisting with cleaning tasks such as power washing and laundry, and learning Fear Free techniques and positive reinforcement training. Prior animal handling experience is a plus, but a genuine passion for animal welfare is essential for success.
