Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges in Intense Behavior residential homes. Assist individuals with daily living activities, implement individualized support plans, and promote community participation. Document services provided and work closely with the team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of each resident. Full-time and part-time positions available with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour with paid training and a sign-on bonus for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, mental health needs, or related direct care experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening and drug screening
- Dependable, compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care
