Job Summary
Conduct behavior assessments including functional analyses and provide analytic interpretations of results. Design, train staff on, implement, monitor, and report on behavior plans. Deliver direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training, crisis de-escalation, and ABA therapy. Model Positive Behavior Support methodology for staff and serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams. Provide community consultation through the Outpatient Specialty Clinic. Requires Master's degree, BCBA certification, KY license, and IDD experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- KY Behavior Analyst License
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to meet criminal background and drug screening standards
