Job Summary
Provide home and school supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct parent training to support the implementation of behavior plans. Collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Florida license, reliable transportation, and bilingual skills in English and Spanish. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $90k to $120k annually with a flexible schedule of 25-30 hours per week. Residence in Orange County or Seminole County is preferred.
Required Qualifications
