Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote safety and long-term skill development for students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Serve as a clinical consultant across Therapeutic Services, Education, and Residential programs, modeling behavioral strategies and coaching staff to ensure fidelity in implementation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align interventions with therapeutic goals, contribute to crisis protocols, and deliver advanced training in Positive Behavior Supports and trauma-informed care. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and participate in IEPs, ISPs, and team meetings. Work full-time, 40 hours, first shift with flexibility for occasional out-of-standard shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Masters Degree
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting
  • Demonstrated experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
  • Ability to maintain a calm and effective demeanor in emergency and stressful situations
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practices
  • Collaborative, flexible, and mission-driven mindset
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to work with residents in a variety of settings, including community outings
  • Schedule Full-time, 40 hours, First Shift
  • Flexibility required with occasional shifts outside of standard schedule to support student needs
