Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across Nebraska. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical standards. This hybrid role requires one in-person visit monthly and offers up to $90/hour with flexible scheduling and no non-compete. Active BCBA certification and a Master's degree are required, with preferred experience in autism or developmental disabilities. The position includes a dedicated BCBA Success Manager and support for obtaining additional state licensure.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
