Job Summary

Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients, mentor behavior technicians through competency-based training, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources. Write reports, analyze data to make evidence-based decisions, and guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures. Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment principles, conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings, and ensure accurate program directives from senior clinical teams. Treat client safety as a top priority while attending monthly regional meetings for training and supervision. Part-time and full-time positions available with reasonable billable expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher
  • BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
  • Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
  • Applicants must be presently eligible to work in the U.S.
