Job Summary
Behavior Analyst in Training role focused on providing applied behavior analysis services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and brain injuries. Responsibilities include conducting functional analyses or assessments, developing individualized behavior supports and teaching strategies, training staff in residential settings, overseeing implementation of behavior interventions, writing PBSPs and IISPs, maintaining progress notes and data evaluation, coordinating with treatment teams, and ensuring clinical needs are met. Requires supervision under a BCBA, adherence to BACB Ethics Code, and strong communication and staff-training abilities. Salary $32.00-$34.50/hour plus extensive benefits; bachelor’s degree required and master’s degree in progress. Location: Federal Way, WA (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug test
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and valid vehicle insurance
- Minimum of 18 years old
