Job Summary
Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients while mentoring behavior technicians. Write reports, conduct clinical reviews with funding sources, and analyze data to make data-based decisions that guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures. Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings and ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely. Treat client safety as a top priority while delivering individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment principles. Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
