Job Summary
Behavior Analyst position at North Eastern Services in West Valley, UT. Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans and reinforcement schedules, collecting and maintaining daily data and progress notes, following individualized treatment plans, using appropriate teaching strategies and behavior modification techniques, assisting with crisis intervention, and participating in meetings and trainings. Requires data-oriented skills, ability to follow programming requests from BCBA(s), adherence to policies, and contributing to a safe, supportive environment for individuals with disabilities. Education: minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education (Special Ed), Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis preferred; willingness to pursue BCaBA certification or a Master's Degree; must obtain and maintain all required certifications.
