Job Summary
Behavior Analyst role in community homes with Syracuse or Binghamton region; hybrid on-site work three days per week. Responsible for leading functional behavior assessments, observing and documenting progress, developing and implementing behavior support plans, establishing data collection systems, analyzing data, collaborating with the treatment team, providing direct care in residential/Day Hab as needed, responding to crises, supervising BCBAs in training, and consulting with professionals while upholding ethical and regulatory standards. Requires BCBA or NY LBA and Master’s degree; strong writing and communication skills; proficiency with standard software; ability to lift 50 lbs; and on-site presence three days weekly.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA or NY LBA and Master’s degree required
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred
- Certification/licensure must be maintained
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; aptitude to learn other software
- Be able to lift 50 lbs. independently and assist with weights exceeding 50 lbs.
- Meet requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles
- Work on site three days per week
- On ethical standards, privacy and agency regulations (OPWDD, NYSED) compliant
