Job Summary
Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and provide 1:1 and clinic-based ABA services for children and individuals with autism, conduct functional and behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized goals and behavior support plans, supervise behavior technicians, train caregivers/parents, and maintain billable hours. Responsibilities include coordinating assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland), designing data-driven behavior programs, ensuring data systems for evaluation of plans, and conducting weekly supervision meetings with staff. Requires BCBA certification, Master’s degree in a related field, and at least three years’ experience with autism/DD populations; strong writing, organization, and teamwork skills; prognosis for clinical supervision and client-family collaboration. This is a full-time role located in Roanoke, VA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field
- BCBA certification and/or licensed professional
- At least three years’ experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities
- At least three years’ experience working as an outreach consultant/in-home therapist in autism or developmental disability field
