Job Summary
The Behavioral Analyst role focuses on direct care and supervisory duties, including conducting client assessments and behavioral observations for clients ages 2–21. Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary providers, review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies, and ensure adherence to ABA best practices. Provide supervision and leadership as appropriate, maintain regulatory and licensing compliance, and secure required clearances. This role is based in Pennsylvania and offers part-time employment with benefits and ongoing licensure support.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
- Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services
- Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
