Job Summary
Hands-on clinical Behavior Analyst role in adult day programs in Fairfield and Vacaville, focused on real-world outcomes with no billable hours and a fixed Monday–Friday schedule. Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans including FBAs; provide direct clinical support on-site; partner with program staff to ensure consistent deployment of behavior supports; review data, track progress, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes; collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams; promote independence and quality of life in community-based settings; align services with clinical and regulatory standards. Not remote; requires regular on-site presence in programs between 8:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities for growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical field
- Current BCBA credential or licensing track with qualified California licensure (LP, LMFT, LCSW, or other independent license)
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention services
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and maintain high clinical standards
