Job Summary
Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to each student's needs, while conducting assessments and training staff on implementing Applied Behavior Analysis strategies. Ensure all interventions align with ethical and clinical best practices for children ages 2-6 with developmental disabilities. The role offers a manageable caseload, access to an Institutional Review Board for research, and a collaborative team environment with dedicated mentorship. Candidates must hold a Master's degree and BCBA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
- BCBA certification or must be in the process of obtaining certification
- Strong skills in problem-solving, leadership, and clinical assessment
