Job Summary
Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients while mentoring behavior technicians. Write reports, conduct clinical reviews with funding sources, and analyze data to make data-based decisions that guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures. Treat client safety as a top priority and deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment principles. Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings and consult with clients for continuous program direction. Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision. Ensure program directives from the senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely. Minimum of two years experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities required, plus Master's degree and BCBA certification or expected within three months. Part-time and full-time positions available with reasonable 20-hour weekly billable target and quarterly bonuses up to $12K.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
- Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)
