Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary
Conduct assessments using VB-Mapp, AFLS, and Social Skills Solutions; create individualized, research-based client programs; and analyze progress to update protocols as needed. Supervise interns, trainers, and RBTs in-center and in-home while adhering to pre-authorized service schedules and documenting every service provided. Lead weekly parent training meetings, progress updates, and staff meetings, and manage insurance correspondence, intake, and safety protocols. Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4 pm, with one to two days remote as scheduled. Maintain BACB and state certifications, BLS/CPR, and NPI number while ensuring HIPAA compliance and ethical adherence. Required Qualifications
- BCBA Certification
- State Certification
- BLS / CPR certification
- NPI number
- QBS certification or other restraints/holds training
- updated CAQH account
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
- Maintains client privacy by HIPAA laws
- Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
- Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
- Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
- Should be able to write protocols for Trainers/Interns
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 4 pm
- 1-2 days remote as per schedule
