Job Summary
Conduct individualized, assent-based behavioral interventions for clients with neurodevelopmental disorders within a transdisciplinary team. Provide clinical supervision for case consultation and guidance while collaborating with physicians, speech, occupational, and mental health therapists. Manage scheduling and day-to-day logistics as a Care Coordinator, utilizing BT Managers and BT Trainers for performance support and BCAT testing orientation. Deliver 100 to 115 billable hours monthly with a base salary of $83,100 to $103,800, including a first-year singing bonus of up to $5,000. Requires a Master's degree and BCBA certification.
