Job Summary
Behavior Analyst for Adult Program responsible for conducting FBAs, developing and overseeing Behavior Support Plans, analyzing data to guide interventions, training DSPs and staff, collaborating with residential and day program teams, participating in LifePlan and treatment team meetings, and providing crisis prevention/intervention while staying current with ABA best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible within 3 months
- Experience supporting adults with autism/ID in community or residential settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills
- Ability to analyze data, write clear reports, and oversee evidence-based interventions
- Valid driver’s license; travel between program sites required
