Job Summary
BCBA Intern/practicum role for Master’s-level candidates within Action Behavior Centers. Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years, supervise fieldwork hours, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Opportunity to progress toward BCBA certification with a structured pay path ($24-$30/hr), guaranteed hours for full-time teammates, no-cost supervision, a $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- BT or RBT eligible for supervision hours
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Shaping and providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- Willingness to collaborate with BCBA and team
- Ability to participate in BACB exam within 6 months of joining
