Job Summary
Conduct early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years by collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans. Supervise a mentee who has accrued 85% of required fieldwork hours and completed all restricted hours while allocating eight weekly hours off direct care to work on BDS modules. Collaborate with BCBA's and team members dedicated to core values, then sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. This role offers a guaranteed path to BCBA status with a $5,000 pass bonus, no-cost supervision hours, and weekly free lunches.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
