Job Summary
Conduct early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 13 years by collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans. Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA while collaborating with team members dedicated to core values. Allocate 8 hours weekly off direct care to complete BDS modules and sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. Requires 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000) and proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
