Job Summary
BCBA Intern role within Action Behavior Centers' Behavior Analysis Practicum. The position supports Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) candidates accruing supervision hours toward BCBA certification. Responsibilities include providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years, collecting data, and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA supervisors. The program offers supervision hours at no cost, a guaranteed path to BCBA certification, hourly pay of $24-$30 with potential raises every 6 months, and generous benefits (health, 401K, tuition discounts, PTO) with a strong emphasis on career development and exam support. Required Qualifications
- Pay: $24-30 /hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
