Job Summary
Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years by collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans. Develop clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA while collaborating with the team to uphold core values. Allocate 8 hours weekly off direct care to work on BDS modules and sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. Maintain proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program with 85% of required fieldwork hours completed.
