Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years; collect data and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA; allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules; sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining; opportunities for career growth toward BCBA with structured leadership tracks; eligible candidates have completed 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000) and are enrolled in an accredited master's program.
