Job Summary
Supervise children with autism in a center-based early intervention setting, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for ages 18 months to 8 years. Allocate 8 hours weekly off direct care to complete BDS modules while ensuring supervisees have accrued 85% of required fieldwork hours and all restricted hours. Collaborate with BCBA's and team members to support the journey toward becoming a BCBA, with a goal to sit for the BACB exam within six months. Required Qualifications
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
