Job Summary

Supervise Behavior Technicians who have accrued 85% of required fieldwork hours and completed all restricted hours. Collaborate with BCBA's and team members to align on core values while allocating eight hours weekly off direct care to complete BDS modules. Sit for the BACB exam within six months of joining. This Master's-level practicum supports a guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA, offering no-cost supervision hours and a $5,000 pass bonus for first-time exam success.
