Job Summary
Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans, and developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA. Collaborate with BCBA or clinical leadership and the team of professionals dedicated to compassionate care. Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules and sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining. Program offers weekly study support, supervision hours, tuition assistance for education, and pathways toward BCBA certification, with structured leadership and career-growth tracks.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Accrued fieldwork hours (85% or 1700/2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Enrolled in a masters program relevant to ABA or Clinical Fieldwork
