Job Summary
Supervisee with 85% of fieldwork hours completed (1700/2000 hours) and all restricted hours finished provides early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child while allocating 8 hours weekly off direct care to work on BDS modules. Collaborate with BCBA's and team members dedicated to living ABC's core values. Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining. Requires proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program. Earn $24-30/hour with guaranteed 32-40 hours weekly, no-cost supervision hours, and a path to BCBA status with a $5,000 pass bonus.
