Job Summary
As a BCBA Intern at Action Behavior Centers, you will be an integral part of our team supporting Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) while accruing supervision hours toward BCBA eligibility. The role focuses on providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years, collecting data, and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs. You will help shape outcomes as part of a program designed to guide you toward becoming a BCBA, with a guaranteed pathway and competitive compensation, including wage progression, bonuses for supervision hours, and extensive benefits. The position offers guaranteed hours (32-40 hours/week for full-time), free supervision, a $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for first-attempt exam success, and a comprehensive benefits package (PTO, holidays, tuition discounts, health benefits, 401K with match). Additional duties include coordinating with the team, maintaining data-driven practices, and preparing for the BACB exam within six months of joining.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited Masters program
- Be a BT or RBT accruing supervision hours
- Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000hours)
- Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining our team
