Job Summary
Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years; collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child; developing clinical skills under supervision of a BCBA; allocate 8 hours per week off direct care to work on BDS modules; sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining; compensation includes guaranteed hours and BCBA pathway support; benefits include supervision hours, tuition discounts, CEUs, and leadership/clinical development tracks.
Required Qualifications
- Enrollment in accredited masters program
- 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- All Restricted hours completed
- Accrued supervision hours
