Job Summary
As a BCBA Intern in Action Behavior Centers, you will provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children ages 18 months to 8 years, under supervision to accumulate required fieldwork hours (e.g., 1700 of 2000 hours). You will collect data and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with BCBAs, dedicate time to BDS modules, and prepare for the BACB exam within 6 months. Required Qualifications
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable masters program
- Experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (accruing supervision hours)
- Ability to provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Willingness to participate in supervised fieldwork hours and align with BACB requirements
- Capacity to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
- Commitment to collaborating with BCBA colleagues and team members
