Job Summary
Provide center-based early intervention therapy for children ages 18 months to 13 years, collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA; develop clinical skills through collaboration with a team of BCBAs and peers; allocate 8 hours per week to BDS modules and sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining; must be enrolled in an accredited master’s program with 1700/2000 fieldwork hours completed (85% completed) and all Restricted hours fulfilled. The role offers guaranteed hours (32-40 per week) and a structured career growth path toward BCBA certification, with extensive training and development benefits.
