Job Summary
Analyze dossiers, create biographies and delict analyses, and draft extension advice, leave requests, and other legal correspondence. Conduct risk assessments using accepted FPC instruments, prepare and participate in treatment and progress discussions, and advise on treatment and risk management based on observations. Process victim data, monitor relevant legal frameworks, and record patient information in EPD while adhering to statutory and internal reporting deadlines. Work within the Treatment & Diagnostics department of FPC de Kijvelanden tbs-kliniek in Poortugaal as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on patient restoration and safe reintegration into society.
Required Qualifications
- afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding conform het Zorgprestatiemodel (bijv. SPH, Social Work, psychologie, orthopedagogiek)
- schrijft vlot, helder en gestructureerd, en kunt goed hoofd- van bijzaken onderscheiden
- werkt zorgvuldig en weet informatie juridisch correct en begrijpelijk vast te leggen
- ervaring met rapporteren, analyseren of dossieronderzoek binnen zorg, overheid of justitie
- blijft rustig onder druk en handelt integer bij vertrouwelijke dossiers
- Affiniteit met de forensische psychiatrie
