Job Summary
Beginner Tumbling Instructor needed to teach fundamentals of tumbling and sports within the YMCA's youth sports program. Responsibilities include leading activities, setting up for both indoor and outdoor sessions, maintaining safety and proper equipment usage, assisting with program marketing and information distribution, modeling YMCA core values (Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility), and supervising participants and volunteers. Must stay on schedule, wear proper uniform, participate in required trainings (CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages, harassment training), and contribute to fostering a positive, engaging environment for program participants and families. Schedule includes daytime and evening hours on weekdays and weekends; wage is $15/hour. Location: Rock Island, IL, USA.
