Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Ari Apartment Management is responsible for performing community maintenance, handling resident service requests, and making improvements to vacant apartments to market-ready status. Must respond to after-hours emergencies, represent the company professionally, and provide excellent customer service. Required skills include basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting), on-call availability, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and willingness to obtain a CPO certification within 60 days. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.)

- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Auto insurance required
- CPO preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment
