Job Summary
Support residents with intellectual disabilities in activities of daily living and daily routines on the Overtoom location in Amsterdam West. Guide residents through walks, movement, music, and creative tasks while providing structure and clarity throughout the day. Observe resident signals and share observations with colleagues, encouraging self-reliance and personal agency. Offer flexible call-in support for morning starts, outings, or group activities as needed. Work within a cohesive team environment that shares knowledge and supports one another.
Required Qualifications
- Een mbo-opleiding Zorg & Welzijn niveau 3 of 4, of je volgt momenteel een relevante zorgopleiding
- Interesse in het begeleiden van mensen met een verstandelijke beperking
- Beschikbaarheid voor losse diensten, vakanties of ziektevervanging
- Een praktische instelling en de durf om initiatief te nemen
- Geduld, inlevingsvermogen en gevoel voor humor
- Het aanleveren van een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
- Het opvragen van een referentie
