Job Summary
Maintain order, safety, and structure during night shifts from 22:45 to 07:45 by supervising clients with mild intellectual disabilities and complex psychiatric needs. Coordinate care moments, monitor behavioral changes, and professionally de-escalate crises to prevent incidents. Report significant observations to the day team and actively contribute to a therapeutic living environment. Perform incidentally scheduled day or late shifts as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde opleiding op mbo-niveau 3, 4 of HBO in een sociale richting
- Ervaring binnen de GGZ, gehandicaptenzorg of een vergelijkbare omgeving
- Affiniteit met cliënten met een lichte verstandelijke beperking en psychiatrische problematiek
- Vermogen om gesprekken aan te gaan
- Vermogen om structuur te bieden
- Vermogen om in uitdagende situaties rustig te blijven
- Scherp observatievermogen
- De-escalerende vaardigheden
- Zelfstandigheid
- Beschikbaarheid voor nachtdienst van 22.45 tot 7.45 uur
- Beschikbaarheid voor incidentele dag- of late diensten
