Job Summary
Support clients with mild intellectual disabilities or mental health issues across various living locations in Amsterdam by assisting with daily life, promoting self-reliance, and providing ADL support when needed. Monitor changes in client status, respond quickly to emerging needs, and seamlessly integrate into new teams and settings. Work on multiple sites throughout the week, ensuring no two days are the same while delivering flexible, proactive care. This temporary 7-month role offers development opportunities within Cordaan's inclusive environment, where you contribute to meaningful interactions between staff and clients.
Required Qualifications
- minimaal een mbo niveau 3 zorgdiploma
- 2+ jaar ervaring met GGZ en LVB+ doelgroep
- in juli en augustus ruim beschikbaar
