Job Summary
Ensure the health and safety of children while maintaining supervision ratios and adhering to all center policies and the NAEYC Code of Ethics. Plan developmentally appropriate educational experiences including storytelling, centers, songs, and games to improve motor skills. Teach students to follow classroom rules and monitor their developmental progress, communicating updates professionally with parents and directors. This role supports a nurturing, home-like environment focused on emotional security and social development. We offer no weekend or evening hours, competitive pay with higher rates for advanced degrees, and tuition reimbursement for CDA and ECE programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of Two Years of Professional Experience in Early Childhood Education
