Job Summary
The Before and After School Site Supervisor at the Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA provides direct supervision and coaching to youth leaders, ensuring child safety and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include planning and executing developmentally appropriate activities, fostering positive relationships with children and parents, and adhering to YMCA policies. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Meet the qualifications of a Site Supervisor as defined by TDFPS
- Reliable transportation
- Current TB test prior to employment
- CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire
- Child Abuse Prevention, Understanding Your Biases, Anti-Harassment trainings required within 30 days of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children in a licensed program
- Experience in songs/music, crafts, STEM, team building, skits, sports, or recreational games
- Ability to work with diverse populations
Additional Requirements
- Must attend weekly Site Supervisor staff meetings
- Must complete all required trainings
