Job Summary
Directs the daily operation of the Before School and After School programs for the Channahon Park District, overseeing sign-in procedures, snack provisioning, activity execution, and overall supervision; prepares supply lists, communicates with parents, and maintains a positive, safe environment while supporting staff and ensuring program policy compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with the Program Supervisor, attending trainings, sanitizing and setting up as needed, and fostering collaboration with other departments. Strong customer service, safety awareness, conflict resolution, and initiative are essential for maintaining program quality and community image.
Required Qualifications
- Some post high school education.
- Experience working with kids in a similar setting.
- Good customer service.
