Job Summary
Lead group activities, assist with homework, and promote social-emotional development for school-age children before and after the regular school day. Supervise students, implement age-appropriate enrichment, and maintain classroom routines while modeling positive behavior and upholding safety and licensing standards. Communicate regularly with families and school staff to support an inclusive, nurturing culture that fosters each child's growth and curiosity.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Knowledge of child development
- Experience with group activities
- Experience with homework assistance
- Experience with social-emotional development
- Ability to supervise students
