Before/Aftercare Team Member

Monitor and assist children during large, small, and individual instruction while actively facilitating their cognitive, behavioral, and social growth. Provide basic caregiving duties including diaper changing, feeding, and hygiene maintenance, and ensure compliance with UCP, HIPAA, NAEYC, and Department of Children and Families guidelines. Engage with children through storytelling and play, maintain positive interactions, and execute daily housekeeping chores such as cleaning classrooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing trash. Follow directions from the Enrichment Program Manager to prepare materials and complete assigned tasks.
