Job Summary
The Before/After School Site Supervisor at Union Park Middle is responsible for directing program activities and supervising staff, ensuring quality programming that meets the students' needs, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires the ability to generate revenue, manage budgets, and support parent-staff relations for overall program satisfaction. Candidates must possess an Associate’s degree, valid teaching certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in child care settings, along with CPR and First Aid certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in related field preferred
- Active Florida Teaching Certification or Certification in Guidance and Counseling or active School Resource Officer designation
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in formal child care curriculum and programming
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse Prevention training within 60 days of hire date

- Previous experience with diverse populations
- Salesforce experience
