Job Summary
Site Director for New Providence Elementary School's Before & After School program oversees staff, ensures program compliance with district guidelines, plans structured educational and recreational activities by age group, maintains communication between school administration and area managers, and serves as primary contact for parents and students. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, maintaining billing, attendance, health and safety records, ensuring inclusive, supportive environments, coordinating with families and administration, adhering to district policies and educational standards, and supporting program operations during after-school hours. Requirements include at least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience, minimum age 21, background and drug screenings, English and Spanish bilingual abilities are a plus, First Aid and CPR certifications, and a preference for a college degree. Compensation is $18 per hour, biweekly, with schedule from August 2026 to May 2027, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM; location is Lexington, SC. Required Qualifications
- Two years supervisory or leadership experience with staff or children

- Satisfactory Criminal Background Screening
- Satisfactory Drug Screening
- First Aid Certification

- Experience with children (1-2 years)
- Education preferred from an accredited college
