Job Summary
Lead daily before and after school program operations by training site staff, creating enrichment activities, and maintaining compliance with Colorado child care licensing requirements. Ensure student safety, build relationships with families and school administrators, and complete all attendance and program documentation. Foster an inclusive culture while tailoring monthly themed curriculum across six core labs to support student growth. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, earning $22.00–$25.00 per hour. Requires a Bachelor's degree, one year of leadership experience, and two years working with school-age children.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of leadership experience in education, youth development, recreation, or licensed child care
- Minimum two years of experience working with school-age children
- Must meet (or be able to meet) Colorado State Child Care Licensing qualifications for a Site Director
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Comfortable using technology and web-based systems
- Reliable transportation between assigned school locations as needed
