Before/After School Site Director I

Manage day-to-day site operations including schedules, staffing ratios, and documentation while overseeing curriculum implementation and ensuring activities meet program expectations. Build a safe, inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements by making child safety the top priority, maintaining compliance for inspections, and tracking resources and food program needs. Supervise and mentor your team through coaching and feedback, ensuring training requirements are met. Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events while building strong relationships with families, school staff, and leadership to support student success. This role is ideal for students studying Education, Child Development, or Psychology.
