Lead a high-quality licensed before and after school child care program, ensuring children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. Coach and mentor educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum while overseeing program enrollment, licensing compliance, fiscal stewardship, and risk management. Build strong relationships with families, school administrators, community partners, and licensing representatives to ensure operational excellence.
