Job Summary
Lead children in grades K-5 through example, encouraging healthy behaviors and ensuring safety and proper supervision during before and after school care. Participate in and lead activities including arts and crafts, sports, STEM, character education, and social and emotional skills. Partner with parents, school employees, and administration to foster a supportive environment while executing State Licensing and Step Up to Quality requirements. Work Monday through Friday from 6-9am and/or 2-630pm at various elementary schools and Y branches across Stark County.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Completed high school or GED program
- Ability to pass a background check
